We will oversee every detail of the process from start to finish:

  • Initial consultation to define your event needs and interests
  • Unlimited communication and real-time support through the entire process
  • Identify and pinpoint the venue location for ceremonies, receptions and celebrations
  • Vendor selection, fee negotiation, service contracts, vendor management and coordination
  • Coordinate vendor activity from the point of contract through the completion of your special event
  • Consultation and support toward establishing decor, color scheme, theme, favors and floorplan
  • Assistance with invitation design
  • Choreograph the flow of the formal ceremony
  • Conduct a full rehearsal walk through ahead of the event
  • Day of event timeline will be created, reviewed and approved with clients and managed through the event
  • Organize and direct the event flow
  • Day of event management and vendor coordination for setup, decorations, layout, and clean up
  • Coordination of wedding and reception activities
  • Meet and greet guests
  • Advice on etiquette and protocol (if needed)

“Day of” Event On-site Coordination (Local Service Fee $1500.00)

  • Two pre-planned meetings (#1 = event planning and venue walkthrough… Mtg#2 = Rehearsal)
  • Choreograph the flow of the formal ceremony
  • Conduct a full rehearsal walk through ahead of the event
  • Day of event timeline will be created, reviewed and approved with clients and managed through the event
  • Organize and direct the event flow
  • Day of event management and vendor coordination for setup, decorations, layout, and clean up
  • Coordinate vendor activity throughout the day
  • Coordination of wedding and reception activities
  • Unlimited phone access to coordinator for Q/A during planning process
  • Meet and greet guests
